Clients subscribe to monthly plans. Fees are prepaid and non-refundable.
4. Contractor Engagement:
Contractors are independent professionals. AI Promptly Hired facilitates the match only.
5. Intellectual Property:
Clients retain ownership of work products unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality:
All parties agree to confidentiality regarding shared information.
7. Acceptable Use:
Users may not misuse our services for illegal or abusive purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability:
AI Promptly Hired is not liable for indirect damages from service use.
9. Updates:
We may update terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
