Our Strategic AI Talent & Team Building™ workshop helps leaders determine how their organizations, teams, and talent need to evolve as AI changes the way work gets done. Grounded in AIPH’s human-centered approach, the workshop begins with organizational priorities and examines the leadership, workforce, structural, and capability implications of AI adoption.

Participants explore topics including organizational and workforce needs, talent and skills mapping, team and workforce architecture, key AI-related roles, human + AI workflows, leadership readiness, and the development of teams equipped for evolving work. The workshop also addresses responsible AI practices, organizational culture, and the human dynamics of transformation so leaders may make thoughtful decisions about how work, roles, and teams should evolve. Where appropriate, the workshop also examines psychological safety as leaders consider how employees may question, learn, experiment, and raise concerns while adapting to changing roles and ways of working.

Delivery may include virtual or in-person workshops, executive sessions, strategic training, and leadership intensives.
