AI Ethics & Responsible AI Training

AI Ethics & Responsible AI Training helps organizations keep people, accountability, and sound human judgment at the center of AI use. We move beyond abstract principles to help leaders and employees understand how ethical considerations arise in real decisions, everyday work, and the responsible adoption of AI.

Topics may include bias and fairness, transparency, data privacy, human oversight, accountability, governance, and when and how to raise concerns about AI use. We use scenarios drawn from your organizational context—such as hiring, customer service, employee decisions, or operational processes—to examine where ethical risks can arise and what responsible choices look like in practice.

Participants gain:

  • A clear understanding of the organization’s expectations for ethical and responsible AI use

  • Practical guidance for evaluating and appropriately relying on AI-generated information

  • Greater awareness of bias, privacy, transparency, accountability, and human oversight

  • Shared language for discussing AI-related risk, ethics, and governance

  • Greater understanding of when concerns should be raised and how responsible escalation supports better decision-making

Responsible AI also depends on an environment where people can question AI-generated results, identify potential risks, challenge assumptions, and raise legitimate concerns without fear of negative consequences. This connection to psychological safety helps organizations preserve meaningful human judgment and accountability as AI becomes more integrated into work. The training aligns with our Human-Centered AI Strategic Framework™ and can be delivered independently or alongside Employee AI Training and AI Literacy Training.
